All available in-stock original paintings are professionally packaged, insured, and shipped via trackable UPS/FedEx/ DHL within 5 business days of purchase.

All purchases from Jeannine Chen Art, LLC are made under a shipment contract. Title to any Goods sold and risk of loss of such Goods passes to Buyer upon delivery by Jeannine Chen Art, LLC to a carrier, and any claims for losses or damage shall be made by Buyer directly to the carrier. All Goods are insured directly through the carrier. UPS Ground shipping is used for deliveries within the US.  Normal transit time is 5-7 business days.
