Shipping policy

UPS Ground shipping is used for deliveries within the US when free shipping is available. The average transit time is 7-10 business days. 

 

Damage from Shipping Carrier: All purchases from Jeannine Chen Art, LLC are made under a shipment contract. Title to any Goods sold and risk of loss of such Goods passes to Buyer upon delivery by Jeannine Chen Art, LLC to a carrier, and any claims for losses or damage shall be made by Buyer directly to the carrier. All Goods are insured directly through the carrier. Jeannine Chen Art, LLC cannot make damage claims on behalf of the Buyer. All carriers require the Buyer to initiate a claim.
